Services
Zalvantic provides custom software development, AI integration, UI/UX design, and digital solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and payment terms for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work produced by Zalvantic for a client becomes the property of that client. Zalvantic retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing by the client.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Zalvantic typically requires a deposit before work begins. Late payments may result in work suspension until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business information, technical specifications, or project details to third parties without your explicit written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Zalvantic's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
